In the absence of a power supply it is possible to create radio links and provide Wi-Fi hot spot coverage without having a negative impact on the environment, thanks to the Solar Power Kit. A solar panel can capture solar radiation and power Wi-Fi equipment during daylight hours. The energy is accumulated in a battery which, in the hours of darkness, will feed the electronic transmission of the Wi-Fi signal. Thanks to the Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g card it is possible to install a hot spot or a Wi-Fi repeater independently powered. In addition, it is possible to control an IP based camera via CAT 5 cable or Wi-Fi . Furthermore, it is also possible to mount the full range of the Wi-Fi N.A.A.W.® equipment on a pole support so as to create radio links to cover long distances and establish pervasive coverage over large areas. The components of the kit have outstanding resistance to adverse weather and environmental conditions. A high degree of flexibility is achievable thanks to the possibility of integrating multiple Wi-Fi devices, cameras and sensors and of adjusting the orientation of the solar panel independently from the direction of the other equipment.
