Wi-next S.r.l. informs its customers that the use of your personal information is made according to Legislative Degree 196/03, the personal data protection code.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Degree 196/03, Wi-next S.r.l. undertakes to inform its customers in writing as to the purposes and modalities of the processing for which the personal data are intended; the obligatory and voluntary nature of providing the requested data; the consequences if the customer failed to reply; the entities and categories of entity to whom or which the data may be communicated; the identification data controller and, where designated, the data controller’s representative in the territory and the data processor.
In addition, under Article 7 of Legislative Degree 196/03, Wi-next S.r.l. undertakes to inform its customers of the right to access personal data. Wi-next S.r.l. agrees to inform its customers that they have the right to obtain information as to whether or not personal data concerning their exist, regardless of their being already recorder and communication of such data in intelligible form.
